Productivity on Steroids: Google’s Duet AI for Workspace is a Game Changer

3 billion users.

That’s how many people use Google Workspace. The most popular productivity tool suite in the world, just got a major upgrade.

Google just announced the release of Duet AI, a real-time AI assistant that can do things like write documents, create presentations, and even attend meetings on your behalf.

Here’s a list of all the major new things you can do with Duet:

  • Generate images.

  • Write email responses.

  • Summarize documents and long texts.

  • Scan apps like Gmail and Drive to find relevant information.

  • Create presentations from text, charts and images in your files.

  • Create notes, summaries, and action items during meetings.

  • A “summary so far” for people who join a meeting late.

  • Attend meetings on your behalf and take notes or deliver messages.

You can read the full announcements and find more features here.

Here’s our take: The key to success with AI is early adoption. Plain and simple. The earlier you start, the faster you learn, and the further ahead you are than all the other people using it. So, when it comes to using this for work purposes, get ahead of the curve and start now. By the time companies start to use this as a whole, the early adopters will have already become more productive than all of their colleagues, potentially resulting in a promotion.

When it comes to all great AI tools, there is zero downside to early adoption and infinite upside. So, make sure you start learning them fast.

AI Brain Implant Allows Paralyzed Patients To Speak Again

We’ve got a heart warming story today, so grab your tissues.

At just 30 years old, Ann suffered a paralyzing stroke that removed her ability to walk, talk, and even breathe.

After using medical devices that manually breathed for her, and years of physical therapy, she finally got to the point where she could move her facial features enough to laugh.

Now, with the help of UC Berkeley, she has been given the gift of speech once again through a brain implant.

The brain implant detects her brain waves and from that, decodes these signals to produce speech up to 80 words per minute.

Now, she can speak once again, and communicate better, with her 2 children and husband.

Why this is important: The story speaks for itself. The technology speaks for itself. But, what I want to remind everyone, is that while we all hear the fear-mongering on the news about how AI is dangerous and everyone needs to be scared of it, we need to remember these stories.

AI has the ability to do more good in the world than we could even imagine. And it’s stories like this that remind us of the true good that advancements in AI can bring.

AI Money Mayhem

Meet The Kid Who Made $1M With ChatGPT

This is Joe, a 20 year old entrepreneur who made $1,000,000 selling ChatGPT generated books.

Yes, it’s possible.

But, it’s not as simple as saying, “ChatGPT, write me a book on X.”

He started in August of 2022, and by the end of September, he had generated 40 books using AI… with no sales.

But, when it rains it pours, and by the time December rolled around, he had finally hit his first $1000 day.

Now, he has a business worth over a million dollars.

Here’s the breakdown of how he did it:

He starts off with finding the right niche. He says this is the key. If the niche sucks, then the money will too.

Then, he uses ChatGPT Playground to create the book for him. Now, using ChatGPT to create a book is something a ton of people have tried, and miserably failed.

So how is his process different from their’s? He creates an outline for the book, and then provides specific details for ChatGPT to write each chapter. This way, the book is specific and not filled with the fluff of all the other books written by ChatGPT, producing a better product.

He has a finished book, runs some Pinterest ads, and boom. He’s got some sales.

What started as a side hustle in his free time from school, and his minimum wage job, quickly became a life changing business for him in just a few short months.
